Eligibility

The OTL “Spin the Wheel” promotion is open exclusively to registered OTL trade customers aged 18 or over, based in the United Kingdom. Employees of OTL and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Participation

• Each customer is entitled to one spin only per promotional period, unless otherwise stated.
• To take part, participants must follow the instructions provided via the OTL website, email, or WhatsApp link.
• OTL reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry suspected of misuse, manipulation, or automated participation.
• It is completely free to enter the Spin the Wheel promotion — no purchase is required to take part.

Rewards & Discounts

• Rewards are issued at random upon spinning the wheel and may include percentage discounts, monetary vouchers, free products, or other promotional incentives.
• Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Each reward or discount code is valid for a single use only and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.
• All offers are subject to availability and minimum order values where applicable (e.g. £200 minimum order).

Redemption

• To redeem, customers must enter the provided code at checkout on the OTL website.
• If the prize awarded is a free case of Magic Sponges, the customer must add one case to their basket first, then enter the code at checkout for it to be applied.
• Rewards are only valid on orders placed during the promotional period.
• If a discount or reward is applied in error, OTL reserves the right to cancel or amend the order.

Promotion Period

• The Spin the Wheel promotion runs for a limited time only, as stated in OTL’s communications.
• OTL reserves the right to end or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Data Protection

• By participating, customers consent to OTL processing their contact details for the purposes of administering this promotion and sending relevant marketing communications, in line with OTL’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will not be shared with third parties outside of OTL’s business operations.

Fair Usage

• OTL reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend any reward if it suspects abuse, technical manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• OTL accepts no responsibility for technical errors, website downtime, or interruptions beyond its control.
