OTL UK Coronavirus Update
As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we wanted to share updates on the actions we are taking in response to this evolving situation. Ensuring that we enable our customers to run their businesses whilst protecting our colleagues is of the upmost importance to us, as such, our offices and warehouse remain open.

The OTL team are here to support you and your business – some of us will be present on-site, while others will be working remotely from home. OTL is implementing work from home wherever practically possible for employees until further notice.
Our dedicated China based team have been working tirelessly to restore supply and we have seen a great response from our factory partners, stock is shipping every week and we can support sales growth across our customers.
You will experience no disruption to the service or deliveries you receive from OTL, our IT and telephone systems are designed to facilitate remote working.
Experiencing difficulty obtaining stock from your usual supplier? - please contact to your OTL sales rep firstname.lastname@example.org , we have strong stock levels and stand ready to help.
Our general product availability is over 95% and we are fulfilling the majority of orders without shortages. As a result of the virus there are some lines that have experienced very high demand and we are working hard to restore stock.
